Movie trivia moment (No.1): Witches of Eastwick -1987

In the movie Witches Of Eastwick, (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094332/), the main antagonist Daryl Van Horne (played by Jack Nickleson) has a car with the license plate DVH-1.

***here’s the weird(?) part;

The letter “H” is the eight letter in the English language – dropping the number 1 (perhaps intentionally put there to transition letters to numbers?), and changing the “H” to its corresponding number equivalent “8”, you get DV-8, which everyone knows this is the shortened version of the word “deviant.” Being a deviant can also describe what Mr. Van Horne (horny?) is; a deviant little devil. *from a certain point of view* (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/deviant).

Maybe it’s just a coincidence?

I don’t know, perhaps I’m off my medication and not coloring in the lines.

    I (vaguely) remember this movie. Nickleson’s horny little devil gave me something to aspire to. 😉
