    Some must have a very… very… different idea of what it means to be a “patriot” than I do. Sorry but the “patriot” monkey is worse than the other three. Surely if one wanted to speak of an enlightened individual there are better descriptions than patriot. In my world patriot stands solidly in line with bigot. I know the article tried to explain, but it won’t wash. I’ve known too many patriots. Replace your patriot with a compassionate being.
